# Daphnis > Daphnis is a governed MCP endpoint for an organization: each agent call is checked for identity and policy, placed with a credential the agent never sees, and written to a hash-chained record. Daphnis is in a waitlist-only launch. It is for organizations that want to let AI agents reach their internal tools and data over MCP (Model Context Protocol) without handing those agents credentials or unchecked access. ## Key facts - One MCP URL per organization. Agents that speak MCP, such as Claude, connect to it, each under its own identity. - Every call passes five decisions in order: identity, policy, credential, execution, redaction and record. - Policy answers one question per call: may this caller touch this tool, this way? - Credentials stay in custody. The agent never sees them; Daphnis presents them upstream on the caller's behalf. - A denied call stops at the border. The tool is never reached, and the denial is still recorded. - The record is hash-chained and verifiable. It stores structure, not content: who called, which tool, the decision, and a receipt. Arguments and prompts are not recorded. - Automations (scheduled graphs of steps) and private Apps (narrow interfaces in the dashboard) cross the same passage, under the same policy, one receipt per step or action. - Stated limits: the record is not proof against an administrator who controls the host; there is no intent detection; there is no execution isolation. - Availability: waitlist only. Deployment options will be announced to the list before general availability. - Examples on the site (principals, tool names, receipts, logos) are illustrative, with synthetic data. Product names and logos belong to their owners; no partnership is implied. ## Pages - [Daphnis (English)](https://daphnis.app/): overview, the five decisions, proof of refusal, architecture, FAQ - [Daphnis (Português)](https://daphnis.app/pt/): the same page in Brazilian Portuguese - [Join the waitlist](https://daphnis.app/#waitlist): email only; used only to announce availability - [Privacy Policy](https://daphnis.app/privacy): what Daphnis accesses when you connect Google services, how it is used, and how to delete it - [Política de Privacidade](https://daphnis.app/pt/privacy): the same policy in Brazilian Portuguese ## Optional - [Full text](https://daphnis.app/llms-full.txt): every section of the site as plain text, in English and Portuguese
